sct_fmri_compute_tsnr¶
Compute temporal SNR (tSNR) in fMRI time series.
usage: sct_fmri_compute_tsnr -i <file> [-m <file>] [-h] [-v <int>] [-o <file>]
[-qc <str>] [-qc-dataset <str>] [-qc-subject <str>]
MANDATORY ARGUMENTS¶
- -i
Input fMRI data. Example:
fmri.nii.gz
OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS¶
- -m
Binary (or weighted) mask within which tSNR will be averaged. Example:
fmri_moco_mean_seg.nii.gz
- -v
Possible choices: 0, 1, 2
Verbosity. 0: Display only errors/warnings, 1: Errors/warnings + info messages, 2: Debug mode
Default: 1
- -o
tSNR data output file. Example:
fmri_tsnr.nii.gz
- -qc
The path where the quality control generated content will be saved. Note: The
-m
parameter is required to generate the QC report, as it is necessary to center the QC on the region of interest.- -qc-dataset
If provided, this string will be mentioned in the QC report as the dataset the process was run on
- -qc-subject
If provided, this string will be mentioned in the QC report as the subject the process was run on
