sct_flatten_sagittal

F l a t t e n t h e s p i n a l c o r d s u c h w i t h i n t h e m e d i a l s a g i t t a l p l a n e . U s e f u l t o m a k e n i c e p i c t u r e s , b u t s h o u l d n o t b e u s e d f o r q u a n t i t a t i v e a n a l y s i s ( e g : C S A c o m p u t a t i o n ) o r f o r r e g i s t r a t i o n . O u t p u t d a t a h a s s u f f i x _ f l a t t e n . Flatten the spinal cord such within the medial sagittal plane. Useful to make nice pictures, but should not be used for quantitative analysis (eg: CSA computation) or for registration. Output data has suffix _flatten.

usage: sct_flatten_sagittal -i <file> -s <file> [-h] [-v <int>]
